1. Who we are

Review2Hook is operated by Whize Business ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use review2hook (the "Service"), how we use it, and what your choices are.

By using the Service you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us:

• Generator inputs: product name, product description, customer reviews, and the platform and tone you select. These are used to produce your preview and are not stored in our database.
• Full pack orders: your name, email address, product name, product URL, product description, customer reviews, platform, tone, and order status.
• Payment information: processed by PayPal. We receive confirmation that a payment completed; we do not see or store your card number, bank details, or PayPal password.
• Technical data: basic server logs such as request timestamps and error messages, used to keep the site working.

3. How we use your information

• Generate your free preview and your paid hooks and scripts.
• Process payment and deliver your full pack.
• Contact you about your order, and reply when you write to us.
• Prevent abuse, debug errors, and improve the Service.

4. AI processing of your text

To produce hooks and scripts, the text you submit (product details and customer reviews) is sent to an AI service provider that we use on your behalf. They process it to return the output shown to you. Do not submit reviews or product information you are not allowed to use, and avoid including other people's personal data.

5. Payment data

Payments for the $10 full pack are handled by PayPal. PayPal's own privacy notice applies to that step, and we never receive your full payment credentials.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the Service work — hosting and database, AI processing, and payment processing — and only to the extent needed for those tasks.

7. Cookies and local storage

The Service uses browser storage for normal session and functionality purposes. We do not use advertising trackers.

8. Data retention

Order records are kept while your order is being fulfilled and afterwards for accounting and support. Generator inputs and generated previews that are not part of an order are not saved. You can ask us to delete your order record at any time.

9. Security

Order data is stored in a database protected by access rules that block public reading. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we keep only the information we actually need.

10. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will handle the request.

11. Children

The Service is a business tool for adults and is not directed at children under 16.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. The revision date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
