Terms of Service

1. The Service

Review2Hook is operated by Whize Business ("we", "us", "our"). It turns product details and customer reviews into short-form video hooks and scripts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

The free preview returns one pain point, one objection, three hooks, and one sample script. The full pack is a one-time purchase of twenty hooks and three short-form scripts for the product you submit.

2. Eligibility

By using the Service you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Price and payment

The full pack costs $10 USD, charged once. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no free trial that converts to a paid plan.

Payment is collected through PayPal at the time of purchase. Your order is only complete once PayPal confirms the payment to us.

4. Delivery

Review2Hook is a digital product. Nothing is shipped and no physical goods are sold. Your full pack is delivered electronically to the email address you provide, usually within one business day of a confirmed payment.

If delivery fails for a technical reason on our side, we will redeliver or refund the order.

5. Refunds

All full pack sales are final and no refunds are issued. Because the product is delivered as text that cannot be returned, we ask you to use the free preview first to check that the output fits your product and style.

We will refund a payment where the purchase was duplicated by an error, charged in error, or where we could not deliver the pack and cannot fix it.

6. What you submit

You keep ownership of the product details and reviews you submit, and you confirm you have the right to use them.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that contains other people's personal data without their permission. Do not submit reviews you do not have the right to use.

We do not store generator inputs or generated previews unless you submit a full pack order, in which case the details you entered are saved with your order.

7. Your licence to the output

Once you have purchased the full pack, you may edit, publish, and use the delivered hooks and scripts in your own marketing, including commercially, without further payment or attribution.

You may not resell or redistribute the pack itself as a competing hook-generation service.

8. AI output

Hooks and scripts are generated by an AI model from the information you provide. Output may be imperfect, may not match your product exactly, and is not reviewed by a human before you see it.

You are responsible for the claims you publish. Do not advertise features, results, safety, or compliance statements that are not true of your product, and check that every hook and script is accurate and allowed in your market and on your platform.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate spam or deceptive content, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service, to resell automated access, or to scrape or bulk-generate output in a way that damages the Service for others.

10. Availability

The Service is provided without any guarantee of uptime. It may be paused, changed, or discontinued at any time, and the AI model behind it may change. We do not promise specific results, rankings, views, or sales.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties beyond those stated here. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost revenue, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.

12. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend access where you break these terms or abuse the Service.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes. The revision date at the top of the page shows when they were last updated. Using the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Whize Business operates. If something is unclear or you have a complaint, email us first — we would rather fix it than argue about it.
